21 Days Challenge

What is the 21-Day Challenge?

The AHOW 21-day challenge is our 21-day fasting and prayer starts on Sunday, January 5th, 2025, and ends on Saturday, January 21, 2025

What is the Purpose of Fasting

Biblical fasting is a spiritual practice of voluntarily abstaining from food or drink for a set time to connect with God. Fasting is a way to humble yourself before God, strengthen your faith, and draw closer to Him.

What is the Modality of the AHOW 21-Day Fast?

The 21-day fast will be a “Normal Fast,” which implies going without food every day until after the corporate prayer ends around 6:45 pm. You can moderately drink water, tea, coffee, or juice during this period. If you have a health condition that prevents you from going without food for this long, you can see your doctor for advice and then go without food as long as your health condition permits

How About Prayer?

You are encouraged to take at least 1 hour daily for personal prayer and devotion. Use the devolution guide provided to guide your time of prayer.  Pray the prayer provided and also your personal prayer points—write a journal about things that God puts in your heart during this challenge.

Also, there will be a daily time of corporate prayer from 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. on the church teleconference number (908) 293-9320.
